At TheShopAll, we strictly follow a "Replacement First" approach to ensure you get the best quality products. Returns and refunds are only processed under highly specific conditions to maintain fairness and hygiene standards.
1. Conditions for Return & Refund We do not accept returns or issue refunds for "change of mind" or "no longer needed" reasons. Returns are only accepted if:
You received a completely wrong item.
The product was delivered in a physically damaged or defective condition.
The product is missing parts or accessories.
2. The Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule To process any claim for a return, refund, or replacement, a clear, uncut, and unedited Unboxing Video is mandatory.
The video must show the shipping label clearly before opening the package.
The video must capture the opening of the package and the defect/damage in the same continuous shot.
Claims submitted without valid video proof will be automatically rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene, safety, and supplier restrictions, certain items cannot be returned or refunded even if they are unopened. These include:
Products in the Personal Care category.
Items that have been used, altered, or lack their original tags and packaging.
4. The Refund Process If your return is approved and a replacement is completely out of stock, we will initiate a refund.
Store Credit First: Approved refunds will primarily be issued as "Store Credit" or a "Gift Card" that you can use for future purchases on TheShopAll.
Original Payment Method: In rare cases where a bank refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will request your bank details. Shipping or COD handling charges are strictly non-refundable.
5. How to Initiate a Claim You must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please email your order number, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video to Helptheshopall@gmail.com. Our team will review your case within 24-48 hours.
