At TheShopAll, we aim to provide reliable and timely delivery for all orders placed on our store. As we operate on a dropshipping model within India, products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers and logistics partners.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. In rare cases of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed if there is a significant delay.
Replacement Policy (No Returns) We strictly offer a replacement-only policy. We do not process returns or refunds.
5-Day Replacement: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement within 5 days of delivery. Please record an unboxing video or take clear photos while opening the package as proof.
Free Reverse Shipping: If our support team approves your replacement request, we will arrange a free pickup for the damaged/wrong item and send you a new replacement at no extra cost.
Delivery-Related Issues (RTO) If a parcel is sent back to us by the courier because you provided the wrong address, missed the delivery attempts, or refused to take the parcel without any valid reason, we will not provide free re-shipping.
Shipping Charges Any applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before placing the order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be mentioned on the website or product page. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a nominal handling or shipping charge where applicable.
Order Tracking After your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (where available). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active. Customers are encouraged to track their orders regularly for the latest updates.
Incorrect Address Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details at checkout. TheShopAll is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery in such cases.
